Diagnostic and Treatment Services Appointments


North West Diagnostic and Treatment Services ask that all patients who are unable to attend their appointments inform the diagnostic and treatment services team in good time, so that the appointment can be offered to another patient.

Failure to cancel or re-arrange appointments will require patients to be re-referred to clinic by their GP. These measures have been taken to ensure waiting times are kept to a minimum.
