Referrals are accepted from all primary and secondary health care professionals.

Referring health care professionals should complete a service referral form and e-mail (via NHS Mail) to ddicb.northwestdiagnostics@nhs.net 

Urgent referrals should be clearly marked URGENT.

Patients are informed of their appointment by post/telephone call or text message.

Reports will be e-mailed (via NHS Mail) to the referring health care professional within the specified time frames.
